OUR INVESTMENT CRITERIA
1. Age: The investor must be of legal investing age, and has full legal allowance to invest. 2. Investor's Eligibility: The Investor confirms that they have the financial capacity to make the investment and are aware of the risks involved, as outlined in our investor's agreement clause. 3. Minimum Investment: The minimum amount required for investment is ₦10,000,000. Any investment amount below this threshold will not be accepted. 4. Fixed ROI: The Investor’s ROI is fixed at 3% per month of the principal investment.
5. For individual investors, a 10% tax will be deducted from the ROI, resulting in a net ROI of 2.7% per month. For corporate investors, a 12.5% tax will be deducted from the ROI, resulting in a net ROI of 2.625% per month. 6. Lock-in Period: The Investor’s capital is subject to a 90-day lock-in period, during which withdrawals are not allowed. 7. Monthly Payments: ROI will be paid monthly to the Investor’s provided bank account after the tax deduction. 8. Early Withdrawals: If the Investor wishes to withdraw before the expiration of the 90-day lock-in period, a 7% penalty will be deducted from the invested capital.

For investments in our financial services arm, an initial 90 days lock-in period is observed, were clients cannot withdraw funds. After 90 days, you enjoy 3% monthly returns on investment and can withdraw absolutely anytime.
